Meet Padma Padma is quite shy around new people and in new environments. Once he is comfortable in his new surroundings, you will begin to see his personality shine through. Patience is key and is worth the wait. Padma has previously successfully lived with cat-friendly cats, cat-friendly dogs and children, so with slow gentle introductions he may be suited to share his space again. This cat has a asymptomatic heart murmur. The murmur has been assessed by our vets and a cardiac ultrasound has been performed. This murmur is currently asymptomatic and does not currently require medication. We recommend regular monitoring of the murmur by your veterinarian. On adoption we can provide your veterinarian with a copy of this cats' ultrasound report and medical history. This cat has had cat flu during his time in our care. Cat flu is common and many cats have had it at some stage in their life. The common flu viruses tend to stay in the cats system and may flare up again in the future, especially in times of stress. Symptoms may include: sneezing, watery/squinty eyes, nasal discharge. We recommend your cat keep up to date with their vaccinations, as this may help reduce the severity of symptoms. Padma is desexed, microchipped and toilet trained. Vaccinations, flea and worm treatments are up to date.
