Introducing Garnet! Garnet is a handsome tabby boy with a sweet, affectionate nature and a talent for becoming someone's very best friend. While he may be a little unsure when first settling into a new environment, it won't be long before he chooses his favourite person and sticks by their side every chance he gets. Affectionately nicknamed a "velcro cat," Garnet loves being close to his humans. He's a champion lap cat and the ultimate bedtime companion, happily snuggling up beside you all night long. If you're looking for a kitten who enjoys companionship and being part of your daily life, Garnet is your boy. This lovable lad is also very food motivated and isn't shy about letting you know when dinner time is approaching! He would thrive with food-based enrichment and interactive play that keeps his clever mind engaged while rewarding his love of treats. Once he's comfortable, Garnet's playful side truly shines. He's an active kitten who loves chasing toys, investigating cardboard boxes, diving into paper bags, and turning everyday objects into exciting adventures. He's also surprisingly entertained by the television and is happy to settle in and watch whatever happens to be on the screen. Garnet has a low grade heart murmur, the murmur has been assessed by our vets as mild and is currently asymptomatic. We recommend regular monitoring of the murmur by your veterinarian. With his loving personality, playful spirit, and unwavering devotion to his people, Garnet would make a wonderful companion in a variety of homes.
