Three years ago we adopted an older cat from Ten Lives – 6 year old Charlie. Charlie came with a few anti-social issues, not liking people or change. Charlie settled into his new life with help and guidance from Ten Lives.

When time came to have a holiday, we knew Charlie could not come with us so we looked at boarding places. Ten Lives came to our attention again. We booked Charlie in the boarding section of Ten Lives, but were concerned about how he would cope being away from his usual home. Ten Lives put our minds at ease with regular messages, photos and general updates on how Charlie was doing. The Centre went above and beyond at helping Charlie adjust to his boarding, they fed him his special diet, even harnessed walked him when he was there for several weeks!

Upon collecting Charlie from Ten Lives, he was calm, relaxed and happy. It gave us peace of mind knowing he was cared for and looked after. He received lots of brushing and attention from staff.
