Meet Orion 🩶🐾

Orion is a beautiful silver tabby lady with a gorgeous mid-length coat, a white bib, and the most adorable matching white socks. With her striking looks and dignified expression, she may look serious at first glance, but beneath that exterior is an incredibly sweet and affectionate girl who loves her people.
Orion enjoys the quieter things in life. You'll often find her stretched out in a sunny spot, watching the world go by or enjoying a peaceful afternoon nap. Once she's comfortable, she loves spending time with her humans and will happily seek out a lap for cuddles, curl up beside you on the couch, or even join you in bed at night. She has a wonderfully loud purr and a gentle, loving nature that makes her a truly rewarding companion.

When meeting new people or arriving in a new home, Orion can be a little shy and may take some time to settle in. Loud noises and busy environments can make her feel nervous, so she is looking for a calm, predictable home where she can build confidence at her own pace. Patience is key with this lovely lady, but she is absolutely worth the wait.

While she has previously lived alongside two adult male cats without significant issues, Orion would be happiest as the only cat in the household, where she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves.

Despite being a mature lady, Orion still has a playful side! She loves chasing toys, especially caterpillar toys, crinkle toys, catnip rabbits, and teaser toys. She often becomes most playful in the evenings and enjoys entertaining herself while her family relaxes nearby.

Orion is also a bit of a gourmet when it comes to food. She's a fussy eater who prefers to graze throughout the day and has very specific tastes. Fish in jelly is her favourite, particularly Aatas Cat and Tilly varieties, and she appreciates smaller pieces that are easier to manage. She also enjoys biscuits in moderation and absolutely loves a fish-flavoured Churu treat.

She prefers clumping clay litter and likes her litter tray kept clean, as she's quite a fastidious lady.

Orion has previously undergone dental surgery to address significant dental disease that was identified when she arrived in our care. During the procedure, affected teeth were removed, leaving her much more comfortable and ready to enjoy life with her new family.

Orion is desexed, microchipped and toilet trained. Vaccinations, flea and worm treatments are up to date.
