Like his namesake, Badger knows exactly what he likes. He's a little stubborn, a little grumpy at times, and definitely marches to the beat of his own drum... but that's all part of his charm.

This handsome older gentleman enjoys the simple things in life: a comfy place to nap, a predictable routine, and being close to his favourite people. While Badger isn't a lap cat and would rather keep all four paws firmly on the ground, he loves companionship and will happily spend his days relaxing beside you, supervising your activities from a comfortable spot nearby.

As if the name wasn't fitting enough, Badger is also missing his tail, giving him an extra touch of badger-like charm and making him even more memorable!

Badger is looking for a calm home where he can enjoy his retirement years in peace. He's the perfect match for someone who appreciates cats for who they are and understands that affection doesn't always come in the form of cuddles. His company is quiet, steady, and rewarding in its own special way.

As a senior gentleman, Badger is currently working on shedding a few extra kilos and is doing well with a controlled diet. He'll also need large litter trays with paper litter, which he much prefers. Badger is very clean and appreciates having more than one litter tray available.

Badger has had cat flu during his time in care. Cat flu is common in cats and may occasionally cause mild flare-ups, particularly during times of stress. Keeping his vaccinations up to date may help reduce the severity of any future symptoms. Badger has also had dental surgery at the centre to keep his smile healthy.

Badger may not be the type to smother you with affection, but if you're looking for a character-filled companion with plenty of personality, a delightfully grumbly streak, and a loyal presence by your side, he could be just the friend you've been searching for.

Badger is desexed, microchipped and toilet trained. Vaccinations, flea and worm treatments are up to date.
